The soon-to-be-open Queens Shops are also across the street offering a large specialty grocery/wine store, restaurants, shops, a 4,000 seat outdoor amphitheater and cultural center and gardens. Two excellent 18 whole championship golf courses are minutes away.

We are located on the 8th hole of the famous Waikoloa Beach Course. The upper level of our home includes the master suite featuring a private lanai, king bed, walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The upper level also includes a den area with a queen-sized hide-a-bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom.
The main level begins with a stunning entry opening to the great room. A second bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and full bathroom. In addition to the summer kitchen the spacious lanai includes a large outdoor dining table and chairs.
Don't overlook the one car garage with an extra reserved parking space. The beautiful swimming pool is short walk from our front door. The area fitness center will be open soon.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is a short drive from the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches which are among the best in the Hawaiian Islands. We have furnished boogie boards, coolers, folding chairs and snorkel gear for those adventures.
