Our unit overlooks the pool - and has a outside kitchen right on the lanai! We have taken great care to outfit the property with everything you will need for a worry free stay....even an abundance of beach gear and a 2-man kayak! Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, fins and masks are provided as well.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are centrally located across the street from the King's Shops which offer a wide variety of dining and shopping alternatives. A wonderful beach is a short 10 minute walk away...a perfect place for a morning snorkel, or an evening sunset!

Entertainment units consist of wi-fi, a 33" JVC TV with Sony Blue Ray DVD, in the living room, 37” Vizio flatscreen with HDMI/HDTV and Sony DVD in the master bedroom, 25” Toshiba TV with DVD/VHS in the loft; and 19” Vizio/ with Sony HDMI cd/dvd player in the queen guest room. There is also a clock/iHome base combo in the master bedroom and in the living room, as well as a TEAC CD/Radio sound system.

Also provided for your family fun are a generous library of books, DVDs, games, puzzles, playing cards, beach chairs, 5 sets snorkel gear in ass’t sizes, 3 boogie boards, umbrla, large rolling and small hand-held cooler, noodles and sand toys.

Kitchen fully equipped with service for 12, 4 bagel Cuisinart toaster, knife block, spice rack, blender, Mr. Coffee Coffeemaker, coffee grinder, and full array of cookware, bakeware and serving dishes.

Located across the street from the newly built Queen's Shops, complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events.

Also within a 2-minute drive is the famous Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach with all the joys of white sand, trees, snorkeling, and more. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69).

All of our units have a thick, well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf.

Even in our modest units, the most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, “The pictures don’t do it justice.” We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs.
