It is easy to lose yourself in the tasteful elegance of this home, with an outstanding ocean view. The house is literally 30 seconds away from the water. Walk over the wooden deck, down some stairs and you're on the sand. Watch out for turtles- they enjoy lounging here as well!
Swing on the hammock and enjoy the light ocean breezes, take a nap or read a good book. Directly in front of the property is a sandy beach with a giant lava pool. To the left of the lava pool is the ancient Hawaiian Queens Bath. Here you will find an opening in the lava which opens to a wonderful snorkeling oasis. If you prefer to relax poolside, we have a beautiful, private 360 degree naturally heated infinity pool for your enjoyment.Just kick back and forget all your worries!
Watch the sunrise over the volcano....or the sunset over the ocean in front of you. Walk up two flights of stairs to the tower, where you can watch the boats and yachts cruise by, and in the whale season, sit mesmerized by the Humpback activity all day long! The Tower is an exceptional place to sit with a glass of wine, and enjoy the unbelievable coastline view. Year round you can watch dolphins pass by on their way down the coast.
The kitchen has a custom-designed concrete counter-top with a water feature, and includes all state-of-the-art, modern appliances. Fill the full-size pantry with delicious fresh local products. Phenomenal lighting illuminates whatever the chef-of-the-day is cooking up. Enjoy the view to Wailea Bay as you are standing in the kitchen.
There is terrific flow in this house. An open plan design throughout the living, dining and kitchen area. with the glass sliding doors completely open, it is just as if you could reach out and touch the ocean. Right out the door is an outdoor dining and barbeque area, all under the roof.
The 5 full bathrooms have been custom-designed with a distinctly European flavor. You will also find a pool bath and changing room, as well as 2 outside showers.
Ceiling fans are found throughout the premises, indoors and out.
Air-conditioning is found in the bedrooms only.
There are a total of 6 plasma TV's available for use, as well as a complete home audio system controlled from each room.
If you must stay connected with the outside world, there is a modern office at the top of the landing equipped for all your office needs.
