Every item in this unit spells quality, from the art, to the furniture, to the eating utensils and cookware to the bright white thirsty towels and bath rugs in the bathroom! Cool, satin tile floors in the living/dining/kitchen areas afford ease of upkeep, and feel delicious on the feet after the beach.

With its sweeping golf course and mountain views, the 8th fairway feels like your own back yard!.

The upgraded, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, and everything imaginable necessary for a gathering of friends and family. Inside, the kitchen boasts such extras and necessities as an electric can opener, 2 stack spice rack, teapot, knife block, 4 bagel toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, Oster 16-speed blender, large rice cooker, NICE cookware, and STACKS of serving bowls and utensils. Outside is a Viking grill on the private lanai overlooking golf course and mountain views.

For added convenience there is wireless internet service, a full-sized waher and dryer, as well as games (8) DVD’s, snorkel and beach gear at your disposal. The complex has two beautifully landscaped pools for island relaxing as well as a hot tub and fitness center on site.

Entertainment units consist of Flat screen 42” Vizio HDMI/HDTV with Phillips HDMI DVD player in living room; 32” Vizio HDMI/ HDTV with Phillips DVD) in master bedroom, and 20” HDMI/HDTV Vizio (no DVD) in guest room. Basic cable, with wifi in all units. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils, service for 8, blender, 2-bagel toaster, spices and coffee pot.

Short walk to either of the 2 pools, as well as the fitness center. Across the street you will find the Queens' Marketplace and the King's Shops which both offer a wide selection of dining and shopping options.

Nearby Anaehoomalu (A-Bay) Beach is the perfect place for swimming, paddling, snorkeling or watching the sunset at the beach with all the joys of white sand, graceful palm trees and more.

Attentive guest services, pristine cleanliness, basic amenities, your own laundry facilities, garage, and a perfect atmosphere add up to a lovely vacation stay. Located across the street from the newly built Queen's Shops, complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events.

Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69).

All of our units have a well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf.

Even in our modest units, the most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, “The pictures don’t do it justice.” We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs.
