This was our first time renting from VRBO and I must say I was extremely pleased with the entire process from looking online to booking a great vacation condo. This property had everything my family need for a fun filled vacation. Well maintained, great location. I would highly recommend this to others.

The unit looked exactly like the pics. Rooms were very comfortable and the location of the room inside the resort was awesome! Would DEFINITELY recommend this vacation rental to anyone!! Very happy!! :)
We were taking a 3 year old to Kona and her grandparents. This was the perfect place to stay. Our 3 year old could have tayed in the pool the entire stay. Out of all the rental condos I have stayed at this one takes the cake. Has everything you would ever need. There are shops and food right across the street. Rooms are large. Master bedroom was awesome. Only thing we did not care for were the mattresses. They were foam and if you are not used to them it can be a challenge. But other than that it was a great stay. I would take the family back there for sure.

Here we were across the street from the Queens Shops which had free entertainment most evenings! The condo was great for our families. We used the grill outside several times. The pool is right out the back door, with a locked gate, so little ones are safe to roam on the grass. In the garage we found a few beach chairs, boards and toys. We were centrally located near great beaches and w/in 20 minutes of Kona. We would certainly recommend this condo, we had 3 families stay and had a blast!
with the bbq grill and the pingpong and pool tables. The cleaning fee is a bit high considering we left the house fairly clean and completed required checkout housekeeping. We will come back again in the near future.
The property was wonderfully maintained with local contacts easily accessible and very helpful. We particularly appreciated the binder that provided detailed instruction for all appliances, etc. as well as ideas for dining, activities and shopping. The particular unit (Wailokoa Beach Villas D4) was perfect for our group of six adults and three children. The unit was spacious and well appointed; we made good use of the lanai overlooking the pool. We also found the location of the Beach Villas to be conveniently in walking distance of the beach and shopping. It was great to have access to beach towels and toys, games, movies, etc. We were particularly pleased with Kelli's assistance in securing a late check-out following a cancelled flight. I highly recommend the rental company and property and hope to return again. Thanks!
was excellent. The location to the king and queen shops was great, The closeness of Konas larger stores and markets was a bonus. The beaches, one with-in walking distance and the other just a short drive away was "WOW" wonderful. To the Rental group on-line the local manager and all involved. We are totally satisfied with this property. It is beautiful, spacious, nice and clean. The location is ideal to access to the beaches, very convenient to shop and dine. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would like to come back.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This was by-far, one of the best. Excellent property.
I would supply the kitchen with kitchen towels. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever had.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially like the fact that this unit was very well equip with things to entertain our grandchildren of all ages which allowed the adults some relaxation time. This is our annual relaxation destination!

We traveled here with 2 adults, 3 seniors, 6, 4 and 18 month old. Conveniently located across from the King and Queen Shoppes...you could see Starbucks from the property! Plus for us. A Beach was a 2 minute car ride and the Hilton maybe 3 minutes. Clean, next to the pool and very well stocked from kitchen supplies, pool goodies and even things for babies! We got in super late and the manager even offered to pick up a few things at the grocery store for us. Amazing customer service! Only negative, we could never figure out the AC...they said something about the windows/doors having sensors on them and that they had to be well closed before the AC would kick in; we closed everything but couldn't get the AC to work ...we finally got it to work, then it was freezing upstairs(apparantly it's typical in Hawaii to have only AC upstairs)and comfortable downstairs...turned the temp back up then way too hot...couldn't find that happy medium before our trip was over. And though toddler gates were provided, we had a tough time jimmying the gates with luggage and such to keep our littlest off the if you have kids that you are trying to keep off stairs, this may be a concern. We would definately stay here again though...just need to figure out the AC unit.
