The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We found scuba gear in every size! The people we interacted with through the property management company were consistently friendly, responsive and flexible and made everything very easy for us. Thank you!

This was our first time at a condo rental and it couldn't have been better! We had a great time at a wonderful condo with a great management company.
After staying in this fabulous unit we are "hooked" on Waikola Beach Villas and want return again next April. What we loved about this unit: *spacious, luxury accomodations and so quiet -- our 5 year old loved his twin bedded room * the view from the lanai is so tranquil and the sun hits it perfectly in the morning for coffee time * we walked to Kings and Queens shops for retail therapy and even walked to the Sheraton Luau so you don't have to worry about having an extra mai tai and driving * the pools, exercise room and extra things (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, thick beach towels, cooler) made it so easy to enjoy the beach * wonderful location for walking along the beach (found a great 1 hour loop) *nice to have a garage to keep the car in so the car doesn't get so hot We love to cook so we used the BBQ and kitchen almost every night...we recommend Unit I-3 with 5 stars!
Overall great stay this trip. The bed in I-3 is EXTREMELY lumpy. Our groceries were not on time and there was no propane in the unit when we arrived. But, the property manager took great care in ensuring that we had the best visit possible. Which is why we keep coming back stay after stay. Thank you!

Besides the hiccups in gettng the propane and groceries in the unit before your arrival, I am wondering about your 4/5 for cleanliness? Is there an issue we need to know about? As for the lumpy bed, we will address that immediately. Even though we do regular inspections, we don't sleep on the beds, so we really count on such feedback from our guests! We are already on it! This was my 2nd stay at condo I-3 at Waikoloa Beach Villas and my 5th trip to the Big Island in 4 years. The location is so conveneient, the property is kept up impeccably and the staff at Resortica Hawaii were flexible and great to work with. I've stayed in condo C-4 at the same property with a family Christmas 2008 and had the same wonderful experience. We had a wonderful stay and the location was central and very good for a family. We would have liked for the pool to be heated. It was often too cold to be in it for too long and one day the pool was dirty, but looked like it was fixed the next day.
Had a wonderful time. Live on the Island but like to get away occasionally. Everything top of the line at this unit and great proximity to the wonderful pool.
Property was excellent and the property management staff were very helpful and friendly. Great property to stay in with kids as it had all the amenities and more (snorkelling equipment, beach equipment etc). Great location, close to shops, short drive (or walk) to beach although we always drove to Hapuna Beach anyway. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again if we get the chance to come back one day (I hope so!)
Great stay! I love renting from resortica. Each time we get exactly what we're looking for, which is a very clean well represented vacation rental. Everyting works and they are just a phone call away to help you if needed. Thanks for a great stay. the only negitive about Waikoloa Beach Villias is the pool and hot tub. two years in a row now the hot tub only works sometimes. (C & D pool)
We thoroughly enjoyed unit I3 in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The villa was excellent! The gourmet kitchen was a delight to use; the outdoor bar-b-que/kitchen on the lanai was a treat, the views to the golf course delightful. The master suite was large with a very comfortable king size bed and lavish bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer as well, although there was an ample supply of towels, sheets, pillows etc supplied with the flat. The electronic appliances (WiFi, Plasma TV's, CD player) all performed magnificentally, and blessedly the A/C was highly efficient. And having the Queen Market/King Market within walking distance made for a wonderful place to shop, including a gourmet food market. All in all a quiet and thoroughly relaxing holiday in fabulous surroundings. AND the agent, Kelli Horton, that we worked with was truly accommodating, helpful and efficient. We recommend this to anyone.
Everything was great. The condo and complex were very quiet and very relaxing. We never heard a peep and it seemed as if no one was around which was great after busy days of sightseeing or going to the crowded beaches. This was our first experience renting a condo and with two young daughters we have no doubt that will rent a condo again. It was so simple and much more cost effective. My husband loved firing up the gas grill on our lanai and grilling dinner. The convenience of an ice chest, boogie boards and beach towels are wonderful. This was our first time on the Big Island and have no doubt we will return and return to Waikoloa, most likely at these condos. We will definetly recommend the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
The condo was beautiful, clean and we really enjoyed all the little details. The place was completely stocked, it even had orchids placed around. Resortica's rep had all the information that you needed for the island and was very helpful. The location was fantastic also. This was our best condo experience ever and we would stay again in a heartbeat.
Enjoyed great tours and beaches. Our favourite beach was Hapuna (boogied and saw the whales frolic) all for free. This unit was clean and felt like home. I would recommend to all my friends. Wonderful friendly Islanders. The Queens and King Court shopping centres were great and had a Ukele contest. We golfed at Waikolo Beach and Waikolo Village courses. We had our 46th anniversary there and can't wait to return.
This condo is very nice and fully appointed. Even having beach chairs, snorkel equipment, cooler and umbrella. Only negative is the outdoor lanai. A table for outdoor eating would be a nice addition, along with a chaise lounge to sit and read. Would recommend to friends, as the Waikoloa Beach Resort is top notch, this is our second time there and we will be back.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We will pass your suggestions on to our owner; they may well choose to add a table, chairs and chaise lounge. We agree that having a table to sit on that lanai would be a definite plus. We are also concerned at your evaluation of 3 on our cleanliness. That is a very unusual response, and we wonder if there is something we missed that we should know about? We are very particular about our cleanliness, and do our best to keep those 5's rolling in. We look forward to your next visit so we can have a chance to better impress you next time.
The owner needs to leave a few more condiments and other 'usage' items in the unit.
We are assuming you turned the scale upside down and meant 5 for all the items, rather than 1? Since outstanding is a good thing, (unless you're out standing in the rain) I hope that is a fair assumption. We didn't hear otherwise while you were here, so thank you for that! It's good to be a 1, right?
