  Property was excellent and the property management staff were very helpful and friendly. Great property to stay in with kids as it had all the amenities and more (snorkelling equipment, beach equipment etc). Great location, close to shops, short drive (or walk) to beach although we always drove to Hapuna Beach anyway. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again if we get the chance to come back one day (I hope so!)

  Great stay! I love renting from resortica. Each time we get exactly what we're looking for, which is a very clean well represented vacation rental. Everyting works and they are just a phone call away to help you if needed.

  the only negitive about Waikoloa Beach Villias is the pool and hot tub. two years in a row now the hot tub only works sometimes. (C & D pool)

  We thoroughly enjoyed unit I3 in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The villa was excellent! The gourmet kitchen was a delight to use; the outdoor bar-b-que/kitchen on the lanai was a treat, the views to the golf course delightful. The master suite was large with a very comfortable king size bed and lavish bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer as well, although there was an ample supply of towels, sheets, pillows etc supplied with the flat. The electronic appliances (WiFi, Plasma TV's, CD player) all performed magnificentally, and blessedly the A/C was highly efficient. And having the Queen Market/King Market within walking distance made for a wonderful place to shop, including a gourmet food market. All in all a quiet and thoroughly relaxing holiday in fabulous surroundings. AND the agent, Kelli Horton, that we worked with was truly accommodating, helpful and efficient. We recommend this to anyone.

  Everything was great. The condo and complex were very quiet and very relaxing. We never heard a peep and it seemed as if no one was around which was great after busy days of sightseeing or going to the crowded beaches. This was our first experience renting a condo and with two young daughters we have no doubt that will rent a condo again. It was so simple and much more cost effective. My husband loved firing up the gas grill on our lanai and grilling dinner. The convenience of an ice chest, boogie boards and beach towels are wonderful. This was our first time on the Big Island and have no doubt we will return and return to Waikoloa, most likely at these condos. We will definetly recommend the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

  The condo was beautiful, clean and we really enjoyed all the little details. The place was completely stocked, it even had orchids placed around. Resortica's rep had all the information that you needed for the island and was very helpful. The location was fantastic also. This was our best condo experience ever and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

  Enjoyed great tours and beaches. Our favourite beach was Hapuna (boogied and saw the whales frolic) all for free. This unit was clean and felt like home. I would recommend to all my friends. Wonderful friendly Islanders. The Queens and King Court shopping centres were great and had a Ukele contest. We golfed at Waikolo Beach and Waikolo Village courses. We had our 46th anniversary there and can't wait to return.
