Waikoloa Beach Villas (J33) was absolutely fantastic! The property was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. From every kitchen supply possible to lots of convenient beach apparell - it really was a home away from home. This place gets my highest reccommendation!
We stayed in J33 for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed much longer! The condo was perfect and we loved having the Bbq outside to grill. The location of the property is perfect - away from the crowds but still close to the beach and shops. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and would love to stay here again.
A great location and beautiful condo with every amenity we needed..we had a relaxing and wonderful visit! We had wanted to visit Waikoloa as we usually stay on the Kona/Keahou side and were fortunate to have great weather given the typically rainy season. We know why it's called the "Gold Coast"!
or not the person was helpful or not. Someone was supposed to call us the day before check out but we did not hear from anyone so unsure why we were told someone was going to call us. Also as a request Resortica needs to update their 'condo' book as it gives conflicting/old information on checking out and also some outdated information on other things. No complaints at all however. This place feels like home and it was definitely hard to leave!
The home was wonderful - clean and comfortable, and in a very good location. We especially appreciated the garage and the beach gear that was available to us. Julia was exceptionally helpful and our stay was worry free thanks to her and the rest of the staff. We will certainly book with you again. Mahalo!!
Beautiful Condo, very comfortable and good karma! Nice area......Nice market across the street! Only negative of stay was that elevator broke down day we were leaving so had to carry multiple suitcases down stairs!

We loved the well decorated and modern condo. It had everything we could have wanted. We used the bbq all the time and had a great time enjoying dinner on the lanai. The dinning table needs a light over it but that is minor. The only minor problem was the master shower has a slow drain.
We were very impressed with Hale J33. It was beautifully decorated - tastefully elegant, but you still felt at home in it. It was also very well equipped and clean. We especially enjoy the wonderful outdoor kitchen on the lanai, and used it very often. The view was also wonderful, as we could see the snow on the Big Mountain, as well as enjoy watching the golfers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We loved the condo! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a great place to start the day and the barb-q was perfect for grilling our Christmas steaks! The large TV in the living room and TV's in the bedroom were also a very nice feature. The complex has 2 pools that were within 1-2 minutes and were very nice. Right across from Queens Marketplace and a 10 minute walk to A-Beach made for a great stay! We'll be back again in the future!
The unit was clean and comfortable and in good working order. The mattress on the king bed in the master is becoming very soft (was not reversible unfortunately). The carving knife sets are dangerously dull. We purchased a toaster, several small serving dishes/bowls and more hangers for the closets. The blinds in the living room are beginning to deteriorate and fell repeatedly. The shower and tub are very slow to drain (noticed this same problem in a similar unit in the same complex a year ago!). Turning on the taps in the master bathroom caused the shower head to dribble. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay. Overall a very good unit and reasonetbusknow if there are any updatesably priced.
We were very happy with our stay in J33 - a terrific spot in a condo with a great layout. Our complaints are small - no kettle (a drag for us tea drinkers) and some burnt out lights (like in the fan on the lanai) that weren't fixed, even though we asked twice. Other than that, the place was clean, good amenities, nice building. We'd stay there again.
We enjoyed staying in Waikoloa Beach Villa J33. It is absolutely beautiful. The unit included everything we needed for our vacation (boogie boards, kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc.). We do have a few suggestions though. We were not given the code to open up the gate at the entrance and the garage code keypad so that would have been nice to have prior to arrival. Also the master shower drain was very slow. We had to take our showers while standing in the water. Other than that, everything was perfect.
What a beautiful condo! Convenient elevators for those who need them. Although the distance to the beach was more than stated, we still had lots of fun.
This is very nice condo with panoramic views in an excellent location. They provide all the conforms of home with tropical decor. The outdoor grill is a plus for cooking great meals. The only downside to the unit were the neighbors next door. They were very unfriendly and played loud music every afternoon, which made it difficult enjoy paradise here.
