The people at Resortica: Tracy Mulvihill, Anne-Marie, Kelly, all were fabulous - you guys have a great company. Although the unit at Waikoloa Beach Villas was beautifully appointed, and well stocked as far as beach amenities etc, we had a couple of concerns that may prevent us from booking it in the future: - noise from upstairs and outside lanais was significant - the unit was quite dark (as in little natural light) - the lanai was much smaller than we were used to. The only other concern we had was there was no ipod dock or music system available, and no satellite therefore no music. Although we might not rent this unit in the future, we would absolutely be delighted to work with Resortica for our future bookings ;-)
Love the place. Everything we need is available. Good taste in home decor, has quality kitchen utensils, linens and towels are good quality. We were very comfortable. Not a cheap place.
We were extremely impressed with this condo! It looked exactly like the Internet photos (which rarely is the case) it was not low budget it was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. In fact upon our arrival we had wished we would have booked for longer!
I cannot say enough good things about the place. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave. Great location, ammenities and service. The condo is really large and perfect for entertaining on the lanai/bbq. The management people were fantastic and eager to help. I plan to come back as soon as I can!
Very nice condo, good maintained, close to shopping area and beach. When on big island we would book again.

I enjoyed everything this condo had to offer and especially loved the viking BBQ on the lanai! It was nice to see a condo fitted with quality appliances, towels ect. Some condos just use the base model item and be done with it. I would stay here again!
We absolutley loved our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas! Beautiful "feels like new" condo. We chose this particular unit because it was ground floor with a BBQ...and so glad we did. We would definately stay here again when we return to The Big Island!
Excellent unit in all respects. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful interior, modern, well stocked kitchen, lovely lanai with fabulous Viking grill. Short walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pools, directly across street from Queen's Marketplace. We will definitely stay here again!!! Also, the Resortica staff could not have been more attentive. needed to travel at least twenty miles to get cheaper prices for food for condo, paying 8.50 for agallon of milk for the little is a insult, don,t mind paying a decent price , but that was robbery..............
Beach Villas are a great location. Close to best beaches, shopping, and away form hustle of Kona. We stay there every year and so far the Beach Villas are our favourite. Right mix of own space, nice units and perfect location at a very reasonable price. Why would anyone go to Maui and pay twice as much for something half as nice is beyond me. Resortica is very professional and makes the total experience painless whether you hare going for your first trip or your tenth. Highly recommend them and the unit as well.
Our recent stay in unit K2 was nothing less than perfect, great weather ideal location and the unit was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Location was a stones throw to Queen' and King shops. The gourmet grocery store was perfect our kids love sushi and the sushi bar was quite convienent. The complexes two pool were great for the kids when they didn't want to go to the beach. We also loved the island not as commercial as the other islands. The golfing was truly special for my 14 yr old it was his first experience in golfing on the islands was he had a awesome experience. (junior rates are great!!). We'll definitely come back to Kona and plan on using the gals at again.
Fantastic condo - beautiful, great location, great price. My only comment would be that the cable channel selection could be better - but hey, we weren't spending much time watching TV anyway. We especially liked the extras (beach umbrella, boogie board, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, etc.) that came with the condo - we used them all!
Great place to stay. Would buy into it if I could. Good location, handy to all the stores, yet really quiet. Property manager was extremely accomodating. We had a noisy neighbour, but didn't hear anything after the first 2 nights. Assume he was dealt with. Joan D, Kamloops BC, CANADA
The lamp in the back corner does not work all of the time. It flickers. When we arrived the carpet was wet still, causing us to slip on the tile floor several times.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was extremely clean, well equiped and spacious. Although the complex is not adjacent to a beach, it is on a golf course and across the street from two lovely malls, which are easily accessible via wheelchair. When we go back to the island, this will always be our first choice.

We had an amazing time and this unit was absolutely gorgeous. Pool area was just ok, the water was cold. Great area, great location to get to the beaches. Great beach amenities. But, the grill outside would sometimes work, the tv channels didn't get all of the channels listed. But love love love the unit and would stay again!

As it is, would you be kind enough to share your experience so we can have someone look at it right away? It's true that some of our units only have basic cable, which is an individual owner choice, and one you might want to look into for next time. We're glad you had a lovely time, and look forward to seeing you again next time.
There's more to a great stay than cleanliness and location.
