Excellent unit in all respects. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful interior, modern, well stocked kitchen, lovely lanai with fabulous Viking grill. Short walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pools, directly across street from Queen's Marketplace. We will definitely stay here again!!! Also, the Resortica staff could not have been more attentive. needed to travel at least twenty miles to get cheaper prices for food for condo, paying 8.50 for agallon of milk for the little is a insult, don,t mind paying a decent price , but that was robbery..............
Beach Villas are a great location. Close to best beaches, shopping, and away form hustle of Kona. We stay there every year and so far the Beach Villas are our favourite. Right mix of own space, nice units and perfect location at a very reasonable price. Why would anyone go to Maui and pay twice as much for something half as nice is beyond me. Resortica is very professional and makes the total experience painless whether you hare going for your first trip or your tenth. Highly recommend them and the unit as well.
Our recent stay in unit K2 was nothing less than perfect, great weather ideal location and the unit was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Location was a stones throw to Queen' and King shops. The gourmet grocery store was perfect our kids love sushi and the sushi bar was quite convienent. The complexes two pool were great for the kids when they didn't want to go to the beach. We also loved the island not as commercial as the other islands. The golfing was truly special for my 14 yr old it was his first experience in golfing on the islands was he had a awesome experience. (junior rates are great!!). We'll definitely come back to Kona and plan on using the gals at again.
Fantastic condo - beautiful, great location, great price. My only comment would be that the cable channel selection could be better - but hey, we weren't spending much time watching TV anyway. We especially liked the extras (beach umbrella, boogie board, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, etc.) that came with the condo - we used them all!
Great place to stay. Would buy into it if I could. Good location, handy to all the stores, yet really quiet. Property manager was extremely accomodating. We had a noisy neighbour, but didn't hear anything after the first 2 nights. Assume he was dealt with.Joan D, Kamloops BC, CANADA
The lamp in the back corner does not work all of the time. It flickers. When we arrived the carpet was wet still, causing us to slip on the tile floor several times.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was extremely clean, well equiped and spacious. Although the complex is not adjacent to a beach, it is on a golf course and across the street from two lovely malls, which are easily accessible via wheelchair. When we go back to the island, this will always be our first choice.
mattresses very soft, linens not fresh-maybe vacant for some time
