We traveled with friends to the Waikoloa Beach Villas and absolutely loved it. Unit E32 is well appointed and very comfortable. The pool is a lot of fun.
My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at Waikoloa Beach Villas E-32! It was very well decorated, clean and was a great location to access shopping, dining and the beach! We will be back for sure!
The condo was a great place to stay! Very convenient to shops and the beach, and it was very easy to relax in, since we could just hang around the condo and have a great time. Julia was very helpful and provided excellent information and directions. Overall, a great place to stay! We'll be back!
It was very clean - the only thing I would suggest is that you supply a few more kitchen utensils - i.e. electrice hand mixer, more silverware, more plastic containers to put leftovers in.
We've rented many condos on our trips to Hawaii, but this one was the best! Great location to Hapuna beach, Dolphin Quest, eating and shopping. The condo is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. The location and size accomodated our family so well. The condo was very clean, uncluttered and attractive. The rental price was very affordable,especially since the condo was set up to accomodate six people. I strongly recommend using this agency.
This vacation rental was ideally located in a private, gated community with gorgeous landscaped grounds and pool, and a private garage for our rental car. Across from the condos is a nice outdoor shopping mall and food market- everything we needed was right there! Beach access is across the road within a short, scenic walk. The condo has beautiful, upscale decor, well-appointed and very clean. Bathrooms are beautiful and beds are great! Master suite is luxurious. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped and for Bar-B-Q enthusiasts, the outdoor terrace has all the amenities for gourmet grilling. A wonderful place to stay... we felt very much at home away from home!

Our particular unit, E-32, was very nice. Very clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely stocked. Just a couple of suggestions: more drinking glasses and a local telephone book. Also, the sliding glass door handles were a problem. It broke off in one of the units (D1), and it cracked in our unit (E-32). I feel terrible about this, but also need to make it clear they were not abused. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Renting through Resortica was a great experience, and I will be booking my next holiday rental through them. We were traveling in a larger group and rented 3 separate condos in the same complex. They were all very similar, and everyone thought it they were great. I would recommend this property and complex to anyone. The reason this property didn't get a 5 star across the board is a few small things that I think will be addressed. one extra roll of toiet paper is not enough for a 10 day stay and the Bbq tank was near empty and needed to be filled, and even when it was on 1 burner low it flamed due to the accumulation of previous use. Overall, it was great.
We had a great time staying in this unit. There was plenty of room and everything was in very good condition. The location was nice so it was easy to walk to the beach, restaurant and shops. The pool is small so it gets crowded quickly and there isn't much shade. The only complaint is that the unit is across from a gas station so it gets noisy at times, especially with motorcycles. Overall a nice experience.
Thank you for your kind response. We are pleased that you found the unit enjoyable, clean and in good condition..those are all high priorities to us. I am going to ask what you found missing in the cleanliness, as we like to be on top of anything that prompts a 4 out of 5 in that department. Yes, that pool is a popular hangout on hot days, and yes, one must be aware of the hot sun. There IS shade at the bigger swimming hole, across the road, at A-Bay. We hope you had a chance to enjoy yourself there as well. As for the gas station, apologies that you had that experience. The only consolation I can offer for other guests coming is that while there IS a station there, it is tucked away from regular traffic, and fuel is at premium prices, so people only go there when in dire need. The good news about that is that if you ARE in dire need, it's handy to have around, as the only one anywhere near is in Waikoloa Village, six miles up the hill. Didn't have need to speak with the property manager. Very nice location and clean unit with all amenities we needed and more. I don't doubt I'll be referring friends and maybe return myself if we have business on the Big Island. Thank You
