  We really enjoyed our stay at L3. It was very comfortable and very kid friendly. The owners had kids toys for the pool, condo, and puzzles and books. My 2 kids (ages 5 and 3) were thrilled. Lots of room for kids to play just off the patio in a grassy area, and the pool is a very short distance from the condo. The pool was wonderful - we stayed there most of the time!

  We very much enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas L3. The condo was beautiful. We would reccomend it to anyone and stay there again ourselves. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the prices in the handbook for activities was outdated. We wanted to go to a luau that was listed at $76 per person but when we got to the luau we were charged over $100 per person! For 6 people it would have been nice to know in advance. It was still a great time and we would have gone anyway but knowing the cost ahead of time would have been appreciated.
