We used to stay at the Waikoloa Hilton but we are up to 2 rooms and it is getting very costly and just not comfortable anymore. We stepped into O32 and it felt like home right away. Actually talk about not wanting to leave. The furnishings are exceptional and Island appropriate. The big kitchen which was equipped with everything and anything you would need to cook or bake. The table setting was beautiful and I came back and went to Bed Bath and beyond to buy the placemats upon my return. The outside Viking BBQ made it feel especially like being at home. We live in Los Angeles and BBQ almost every night. There were enough towels, pillows and bedding. I love having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Yes I do laundry when I am on vacation and it makes it much easier when unpacking when you get home. You can walk directly across the street the Queens Market place and it has a great market to buy quality food and beverages. They have a notice wine selection as well. Kings shops is a very short walk as well. We love staying in Waikoloa when we visit the Big Island. It is very handy to driving all over the Island and we like the weather. It is spectacularly beautiful! We will only stay in O32 going forward and will book our trips around its availability.
We really appreciated all the detail in the condo. We really felt like we were staying in someone's home rather then a vacation rental. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable we went home and bought the same brand. We would suggest supplying a phone in the condo as we ended up paying roaming charges on our cell phone. We would also have liked a graphic map of the property. We would defiantly stay there again
The condo was fabulous...we loved staying there! We will definitely return and also recommend to friends and family. Honestly, I wish I could have taken the kitchen home with me!! Thanks for everything :)
We stayed in Condo 032 for 5 nights in Oct 11. When we walked through the door, we were amazed at how big the condo is. There is so much room, it is great! It is furnished impeccably and has everything and more for the perfect holiday. The location with only a short walk across the road to the Queens Marketplace was extremely handy. There is a large gourmet grocery there that we used everyday to buy beautiful food to barbecue on the balcony every night. We used the Beach Villas as our base to explore the island and were very impressed. I would thoroughly recommend staying there.

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas was amazing! Our villa was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved having the in-suite laundry, dishwasher, and especially the BBQ. Our only recommendation would be to have some cleaning supplies in the suite (i.e. Windex or Mr. Clean)available so we could clean up sticky spills and the stovetop.

Hey everyone... Took my wife and 2 children to Waikoloa Beach Villas and was overly impressed. The amazing landscapes of lava rock and native flowers, along with a comfortably, warm feeling when we entered the villa made our trip one to remember. The villa was a great size for our family, they had groceries all ready for us, clean, great furniture and we absolutely loved cooking and eating on the Lunai overlooking the golf course. All the amenities we could ask for in the area and a feeling of exclusivity with the private gates when you enter the property... great private pool, and very safe feeling all around. Thanks so much! We loved this condo it was beautiful, clean, modern and very well equipped. Everything we needed was there from beach towels to laundry soap. The area is great, it is a little resort village with a beach, shopping and restaurants. Great!!
Overall we were very happy with our experience renting through ResorticaHawaii. The management was very responsive to our inquiries about the property. The unit that we originally booked was taken off of the market and the property manager promptly notified us and worked with us to find another suitable unit. We were pleased that they offered the new unit at the same daily rate. Waikoloa Beach Villas is the perfect location for exploring the Big Island. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and amenities so you don't have to go far if you're just hanging out near the condo. We plan to return to the Big Island will certainly consider Waikoloa Beach Villas again. Our one, relatively minor complaint was that we found some of the dishes and utensils we not properly cleaned and put away. For example, a previous renter put a used knife away in the butcher block without cleaning it and no one checked it.

This was our first time to the Big Island. We loved our accommodations and its location to the Queen's Marketplace. Our morning walk across the street to get coffee was a great way to start the day! The only negative was the noise from the golf course - not players, but the gardeners! Fortunately we were up and out most mornings before 8:30. But the one morning we wanted to sleep they were pruning trees. It's no reflection on the property, but something to consider if you want quiet. Thanks!
We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the villa on the golf course. We had fabulous weather and spent lots of time on the many golf coures around the area, plus sat by the pool and enjoyed the facilities.
when we checked out...the instructions said to leave the keys next to the check out instructions, and lock the door..that would not have been possible, so we had to leave the door unlocked. confusing....
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay on the Big Island. We have been there many times over the years and it's hard to beat! It was nice to stay in a newer unit that was spotless on our arrival! That was a pleasure to find! We would not hesitate to return to this complex!
Needs a bigger counch and reading lights by two living room chairs and a small dining table in the kitchen.
The only thing we missed was a table on the lanai - the coffee table/two-seat settee and 2 chairs were comfortable, but not very good for outdoor dining. Otherwise we loved the unit and the view from the lanai. Management was great as well, very responsive when we had a squeaking door problem.
Thank you for that. We will pass that suggestion along to the owners. We agree that with that nice grill on the lanai, table and chairs would be a bonus!
This is our third visit to this complex and we love the Island of Hawaii! The golfing in this area is very good and the weather is the best on the Island. We had 56 days of no rain which is why we visit so often! We were overall happy with our stay.....the one big annoyance to us was that even though the building is advertised as a non-smoking building, we had smokers all around us that made it difficult for us to enjoy using our lanai and also leaving our windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. We discussed this matter with the management and they were helpful with our first encounter. During the latter part of our stay, there were owners staying in their unit below us and it seems that the lanais are not part of the non-smoking zones in the buildings. This was most annoying to us! We discussed this with the president of the strata and he stated that, "Yes, people could smoke on the lanais, but not at the pool areas or the near the common buildings." Other than this, our stay was a good one.
The decor of the condo is very tasteful. I was so excited when I got there! It was great to be able to walk to everything so easily from the property - stores, beach, other hotels. The only problem with is that there are no sidewalks in the majority of the resort so walking along the roadside seems a little precarious. It'd be nice to have a good walking map in the condo itself. The condo itself was great, but really poor water pressure put a damper on the luxury bathrooms... this was rectified by our third (of three) days, though. It'd be great to have a TV in the second bedroom.
