I had a wonderful time at the condo. Gorgeous. I'd highly recommend it.

Great property and best location to the pool. This condo is ground level which we loved being able to walk out the back door right to the pool. The built in grill on the lanai was nice- used it almost everyday. Only gave 4 stars for location because the condo was not on the beach (beach is about a 10 min. walk), but I knew that when booking. While on our stay Julia (condo manager) called to check in with us to make sure we were doing good and did not have any problems. This was a perfect 2nd home while on vacation for our family of 5.
very clean and quite, it was perfect for a 25th anniversary celebration. best week my husband and I had in years!!
The property and its location in Waikoloa was perfect. We were in short walikng distance to two great shopping centers and a little longer stroll to the beach. As regular visitors to the Big Island, our party of four and infant found the location perfect. We fly in via Hilo, which is about a 1 hour 40 minute drive, but much more scenic and a far nicer airport than Kona. The vog (volcanic smog from the Kilauea volcano) in Kona was horrific for those who arrived there. Waimea a 30 minute drive up the mountain was enchanting as well. The property location by the pool and the ammenities couldn't be better, except for the need of another end table in the second bedroom. Perfect place with Julia providing excellent assistance. We will be back.
Can't believe the week is over. I had a fantastic time down their even thought it was just down the street. My birthday was on Sat the 28th and we went golfing and then had some friends over for BBQ nobody bothered us it was great. We went to the Journey concert and had a little pre party and nobody bothered us again. Fantastic I think I'll be back in July!!
We also rented two other houses near Hilo from another rental company and the cleanliness of the properties left a lot to be desired.
We were absolutely delighted with the Waikoloa Beach Villas, especially the close proximity to fine dining and shopping. We found Waikoloa Beach to be a great location from which to explore the big island. Phillipa and Julie of ResorticaHawaii enabled us to enjoy a fantastic vacation AND to guide us on an extraordinary adventure swimming with dolphins! We can't thank them enough for all their efforts on our behalf and for the great accommodations! I very HIGHLY recommend ResorticaHawaii and the Waikoloa Beach Villas!!
We stayed 8 days on Oahu before moving over to the Big Island. To be honest it was like night and day on the accomodations. The Condo was very well maintained and top notch furnishings all the way around, beautiful place. The grounds and pool were well maintained. Awesome, we would recommend it to anyone and probably will be back ourselves.
The only complaint I have is the air conditioning for the master bedroom needs to be looked at......not sure if the vent for that room is working properly because it was rather warm in that room.
Beautiful pool, child-friendly, very comfortable, sometimes windy. They thought of everything; only needs lanai dining to be complete. Drive to wonderful beaches.
also the kitchen sink plugged twice i think the plumbing is poor in this development kim was great though thankyou mike k
Thank you for your comments. We always appreciate them! In fact, there was access to 911 on the phone that was at the unit. However, due to your concern and comments, we have now instigated a policy whereby we LABEL all phones that are not fully hooked up, with a label that states, "911 access only". The sinks do tend to block from time to time. However, if you call us quickly, we are happy to send over our handyman to take care of the issue right away.
