  We have stayed in other units in this building as well as the one across the pool. This condo was well stocked, nicely decorated and a perfect location steps from the pool. We loved having our own BBQ and especially liked the use of all the snorkle gear, beach chairs & toys, and boogie boards in the garage. What we most thoroughly enjoyed though was the 4 bikes which we used daily. Fun rides down to a-bay or the Hilton and to the shops for dinner or shopping. Would definitaly stay here again.

  I loved the patio and close proximity to the pool. The floors were dirty but that would be my only negative.

In following up, to make sure we address any housekeeping problems, would you be so kind as to elaborate on the dirty floors? Problems like that are very rare, and we want to know how to assure it never happens again. Were they inside floors? Or were you referring to the lanai? Please advise.   Awesome Place for Kids (Adults too)

  This property has some great perks for kids...grassy area right outside the patio door for kids to play, VERY short walk across grass to the gated pool, lots of beach gear to use - beach toys, lots of beach towels, snorkel gear, 2 beach chairs, umbrella. It is within walking distance (might have to help very little ones) to A Bay beach, short drive to amazing beaches (Hapuna, Mauna Kea). Is also across the street from an awesome ice cream place and some shops at Queen's Market (tidbit...see ice cream coupon in the Queen's Market guide from the visitor's center there). Property also has an outdoor grill, wireless internet and a DVD player. Kitchen is stocked adquately, washer and dryer are right in the unit. Property management were always available and helpful.

  i really like these units. i live in waimea and whenever i have visitors from mailand, i rent one unit and we enjoy the time there. It great location and love the pool.

We have now had that rectified. As for the kitchen being poorly stocked...this is indeed the case, as this is one of our "modest collection" units, and hence the great rate on the unit! We have checked that there is enough of the critical items to prepare and eat meals there, but it just doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some of our other units have.   Great vacation time at Waikoloa Beach Villas A2 with two small children (6months and 2 years)

  We will try to stay at the same condo again if we go back to Hawaii. The furniture and amenities are simple but practical and new. Only one standard TV and no game console but who is going to Hawaii for staying inside. The gated pool (important with small kids) is only 30m - through the grass - away and the BBQ on the lanai allows the children to run around while you prepare the food. Only negative is that with open windows you hear the by-pass road in the morning which is 50m away behind bushes/small grass wall.
  Resortica had everything ready when we arrived, checked once whether everything was fine and helped us to find a wonderful doctor when we need one for our daughter - sometimes they were hard to reach but called back fast, we really appreciated their very efficient way. Rental car is definitely recommended.

  The Resortica staff are very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, the televisions and internet weren't working and we did not have a phone. Immediately upon a phone call to Julia at Resortica everything was taken care of. The unit we rented wasn't as equipped as some but,again, Julia was most helpful in fulfilling our needs. All in all, dealing with Resortica was a pleasant experience and we will definitely call them again. Thanks to Kim who was so kind to show us other properties.

  Thank you kindly for your reponse. We do always aim to please. It's true tht this unit is newly purchased, and the owner is working to bring it up to speed with all the necessary household items. They were very responsive when asked to provide items you found missing, or suggested as would be nice to have. Feedback like that is very valuable to help us be sure all necessary and desirable items are available. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
