We needed a rental with very short notice. The property management responded quickly and were very efficient. We noticed an item missing after our arrival, and once again the response was quick and the item delivered. The condo had lovely decor. An area rug for the sound would be a nice addition. (And might be a good suggestion for the condo above). The kitchen was well supplied and appreciated the use of the coolers. Loved the outdoor kitchen, view and the grounds were immaculate. Also nice to have a garage. Thank you.

We had an amazing time, the property is beautiful and located right next to the nicest malls in the island. If you are up for days at the beach, shopping at night and great dining, this is your best option.

The facilities were great. Our only complaint was the lack of natural light in the unit. Lights had to be turned on even during the day. Everything else was wonderful.

Sound insulation in the unit is very poor, could hear people above all the time and noise from the road is clearly heard. The wine fridge was not working when we arrived (not a problem for us, but should be fixed), the blind above the kitchen sink was very dirty. These are minor issues for us, and we enjoyed our stay, very convenient for shopping, restaurants and beach (the pool is a little small, but we expected it to be busy over the holidays). Overall, a good place to stay.

Thank you for your response. We really appreciate heads up on problems that need attention, and we will get to that blind and wine cooler. As for the noise, it is unfortunate that overhead and road noise can be an issue with that unit, and folks who are especially sensitive to noise will be made aware by your comments. We have actually never heard any complaints about road noise, but it's true that overhead noise can be an issue if tenants are not aware. If one is especially sensitive to noise, it's a good idea to choose a top floor unit.
