Nice quiet location, approx]. 15 min walk to Hilton Waikoloa. Well apointed condo unit
We loved this resort. Everything was perfect and the bikes in the garage was a bonus.
Hmmm...I guess no news is good news. Services from rental manager "n/a" must mean that none were noticed - which is really the good news. Like housekeeping, nobody notices unless something isn't done. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay.
We felt right at home in this condo, from the quality of the condo itself down to the high quality bedding, it really was a great place to stay. We loved the fact that the garage was stocked with everything you need for the beach, even the beach cruisers! We would have to bring one less bag next time because of the nicely "beach" stocked garage! The condo was great, but I have to again express how impressed we were with the staff at Resortica Hawaii; they were top notch!
We so enjoyed our stay at Colony Villas Unit 1004! The condo is beautifully decorated and felt like home. It is perfect for a family with enough room so you are not on top of eachother. The area is very quiet and private with wonderful views. Another plus is all of the great things provided to enjoy your stay including boogie boards, snorkel gear, bikes, swim goggles, towels, cooler, etc. Everything you need to have a great time! Thanks so much and we would choose this condo again if we returned to Hawaii!
We found Waikaloa to be the perfect location for getting to all the beaches and hikes in the area; and close enough to Kona for a shopping, dining fix. All three of us are bike commuters, so we really enjoyed having the cruisers there to pedal to the market and around the resort. I shouldn't say too many nice things because I want this unit to be available when I return, so please don't rent this place, ha, ha..
We had a wonderful week at Waikoloa Colony Villa #1004. The house is beatiuful, spacious, full of light, tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We'll gladly come back and will recommend this property to our friends.
Some confusion over whether outdoor parking spaces could be used after receiving a notice of parking violation, but just parked inside the garage to resolve it. Very quiet location, with lots of room and very comfortable. Some problem with VHS/DVD player getting it to recognize DVD discs, but might have been some button we pressed or forgot.

Great condo! Perfect location for some of the best beaches on the Big Island. This condo had beach cruisers,boogie boards and beach chairs. The only down side was the condo lacked extra sheets and or blankets and the cleaning fee was higher than most places and you had to do all the laundry and dishes prior to departure.
Wiakoloa Colony Villa's are very nice. The ground are immaculately kept. The pools were not very warm though, solar heating for the pools would be nice. Our condo was great we had room to spread out, cook our own food, and have an enjoyable time as a family. We will do it again next year.
