It was outstanding, and the Management & Staff were most accomodating and helpful. Everything that was discussed and expected, happened in a reliable way as expected, with the exception we did not receive a key to the pool, and never had access to it even though we tried to request and gain access. Most of all, thanks to the Management Staff for all their cooperation and assistance.
Rentals were for 60th wedding anniversary and family reunion. Old folks had medical problems so only kids and grandkids attended and had a blast. Very nice facilities they claimed. We wouldn't know!

Couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. The whole complex is only a few years old so it is still in really good shape. There are a few areas that are showing a bit of wear. The pool is very small and shallow but they have designed it so it looks very pretty with rocks and boulders around the pool. There is a water fall coming down one area of boulders. The best feature is the hot tub right beside the pool. That was 'heaven!' There wasn't enough lounger by the pool. Not everyone could get a chair. That is the worst! You pay to go to a complex with a pool expecting to be able to sit around the pool. They have to do something about that! The grounds were well taken care of. Lots of greenery and flowers. Very clean. The condo itself is beautiful. Very nicely furnished. Well stocked in dishes,etc. It could use another cooking pot or 2. The condo had every gadget you could think of. Slow cooker, rice cooker, coffee bean grinder, but it did not have a simple potato masher. That was funny. For any first timers, there is NOTHING in the cubboards. Not even coffee for the first morning. They give you soap and shampoo like a hotel but not the coffee. That was amusing too. Those are just 2 very little stupid things. A lot of care was put into this condo. The master bathroom is huge! There is 1 king size bed in the master and the other room has 2 twins that can be joined to make a king bed. The complex is very quiet most of the time. There is a mall right across the street for those that want to shop. There is a grocery store there as well but it is very expensive. Shop for food in Kona at Costco's or Safeway and even Walmart. Kona which is only a 30 minute drive has a target, walmart, kmart so you can pick up supplies there. There is a foodland close the Villas in the next resort over. Maybe a 10minute drive. There another close by too. The one thing I should mention is that it is a long, long walk to the ocean. This is our third stay and we cannot wait to return. The location, beach area and activities make the perfect vacation. We love to snorkel in A-Bay – so a walk to the bay and a swim start each day. We always find something new to discover about the Big Island on our “explores.” This is the paradise of vacations in paradise.
Free evening entertainment was just across the street at the Queen's Market. Less VOG factor in Waikoloa than in Kona. A car is a must to visit sites on the island. Cheapest gas is at COSCO. We alternated days traveling versus relaxing at the beach and had a fantastic trip. Having excellent cooking facilities at the unit made that another enjoyable part of the day. We will definitely return to this site.
We absolutely loved this property! The grounds are beutiful and well laid out. The unit itself was new with granite throughout and two large bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate our family of four. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for meals. We loved being able to BBQ on the lanai. G2 is right across from the beautiful pool, which was great for our kids. The garage is a little small, but hey at least there is a garage! The people at Resortica were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful trip!
This is the perfect loction for us as we walk to the beach and swim with fish and turtles EVERY day. The only downside is the condo management- not Resortica's fault- has FAILED to provide good walking access to the King shop end of the development or along the very busy road outside. Keep the cars parked= provide good walking access.
We LOVED this place. The condo was beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4. It was so clean, had all the amenities we needed (no need to buy laundry soap - so helpful!)and best of all it is SO conveniently located. Right across from one mall, next to another, near a beach but easy access from the airport. My husband and I explored the island (Kona side) and determined that these condos were really the best location. The only TEENY TINY negative is that the pools were a little cold in the morning! It's no different than all of the hotels, though. The sun heats it throughout the day but it makes it harder to want to jump in with your kids at 9 a.m.! If you're thinking about the big island, book your plane ticket and stay at these condos. You won't be sorry. We'll be back, hopefully with a whole bunch of friends!

WBV, located walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach is in a very good location. This unit (G2) needs a thorough cleaning (dusty pendant lights, dirty, sticky shelves and I washed every dish before I used it as they were not all clean). We have no idea why the largest tv in the unit is in the master and not in the main living area. We also had extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. We would return, but not to this unit.
Yikes! This is really embarrasing, and we are deeply apologetic. This is not like us at all, as you can see from our other guest reviews, and our biggest regret is that we didn't hear about this while you were in-house. We would definitely have been there immediately to make it right. While we can't always guarantee that all things are perfect, we can guarantee that we do our best to make it that way when things are brought to our attention. As for the TV, we have no answer, but can submit the suggestion to the owner. Regarding the noisy neighbors, while that is unfortunate and annoying, since we don't manage that unit, we have little ability to respond, although we could have asked the on-site management to address unreasonable noisemakers. For folks who are especially sensitive to overhead noise, we suggest that you seek out one of our top floor units when you come again.
