  We had problems with the entry gate as it wasn't explained that we needed to use the # sign as part of the code.
  We were unable to lock the door. We had to call to receive the information about the door code.
  I felt that the communication could of been better.

  Our 5-day stay at Waikoloa Beach Villaa I22 was more than I expected. Pictures are usually more than the real deal, but in this case it was the opposite. We were on the golf course (which made my husband very happy) in a setting that was beautiful. Our room was so tastefully decorated and clean (which made me very happy) and well laid out. I brought in way too much. So well equipped from clothes soap to glass cleaner. Never had to call for more. Julia was another amazing plus that came with the deal. I left feeling I made a new friend. So helpful and kind and full of great suggestions. We are now in Kauai in a place that we thought was going to be just as nice. The pictures were over-rated and a bit disappointed, especially after leaving such a beautiful resort. Our daughter and husband were with us the last two days of our stay and were very impressed. This is definitely a place that we will go back to.

  Please provide better directions. We were in building I and it should have clearly stated that. The I looked too much like a one, just like in this message. Thank you for a great stay. We will recommend it to friends.

  Thank you for your recommendation to others, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the hard-to-read building letter. I can see how that would be really frustrating, if you're looking for a number rather than a letter. We'll see what we can do to make it more clear next time. We're so happy you had a good time otherwise. Julia Fairchild said on 9/22/11 - 09:33AM I actually added a new line to the driving instructions, which says, "Building I (That's I as in Incredible)" That should make it more clear. Thanks for the idea!
