we stayed here 11/14/11 thru 11/23/11. Condo is perfect. Very well maintained and all was as advertised. The management co was super to work with, very responsive. Staying in same complex via same management co again in 2/12. cant wait. Eagle River Ak.

It was a lovely vacation home. It was relaxing, huge space, very comfortable. I was surprised with everything that was in the home. Great locations for everything, lovely area and beautiful view. I cant wait to go back again and stay there.

Very satisfied with the condo and prop. management co. service. Wished there was an extra twin mattress and a newer firmer mattress for the sofa pull out. Otherwise, would refer others and will return again. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. I see that the condo accommodated two families, and I can imagine it was a trick to find space for everyone. Perhaps next time you would be more comfortable in one of our two bedroom with loft, or 3 bedroom units. Other than that, we hope your vacation was fabulous! That is always our goal at .

This property was easy to locate (off the main highway)was well set out, had everything and more you could want (beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkelling gear, golf clubs, lock up garage carparking that you don't have to pay more to use, etc. The unit itself was immaculately clean with everything and more in the kitchen. Would recommend to friends to use if visiting the Big Island.

Waikoloa is the perfect location to see all that the Big Island has to offer, without being in the busy "tourist hub" of Kona. Short drives to Hapuna Beach for family fun and also quaint Waimea town. The condo was tastefully decorated in pleansant tropical
themes, while being fully stocked of everything you could need (small appliances, towels, beach gear). I loved being able to walk across the street to Queens Marketplace for my daily coffee fix and shopping options. Kings Shops also makes for a nice walk and
both complexes offer some great cultural shows/classes. Everything was exactly as expected, and represented. Will definitely utilize this property management firm again.

Prior to arrival had good communication with Julia. Condo well presented, everything needed for a 1 week to 1 month stay. Close to all our needs from groceries to top rated restaurants. Thank-you for allowing us to use this condo, we had such a great stay! Would definitely use this unit again, loved the view.
