Just returned home from a great stay at the villa. Great location. Short drive from the airport, across the street from shopping and groceries. 1 minute drive to the best sunset beach. Easy access to locations on the north and south of the island. Excellent amenities. Make good use of the provided beach equipment. Lots of space to spread out and lounge. Loved how close the pool and jacuzzi were. Wifi was a little flaky though, but loved having a printer available!
We just spent 11 nights in unit B 4 and it was great. This is the forth stay at the Villa's and we liked this unit the best. We did not bring our two children this time, but shared with two of our best friends and wanted lots of space for privacy, and this worked perfectly. The location to everything was perfect. The grounds and pool are kept in great shape, we are never disappointed in this complex. We had a plug in the sink and Resortica staff were there fast to fix and clean up. Thank you, and we will see you again.
This was the perfect home-away-from-home for us. My husband, myself, our adult son and daughter and their spouses all felt like we had the best of both worlds. We were all able to have the convenience and closeness of staying in the same house, yet it was like we each had our own private suite. The home is beautiful, location is great with shops and restaurants across the street (Roy's is great, by the way), and it's just far enough away from the bustle of Kona. We enjoyed preparing some of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had planned a trip to Mauna Kea during our stay, and it was awesome to look out from the master bedroom balcony in the morning and be able to discern the shapes of a few of the observatories in the distance. The owner was on top of things, contacting us and answering our questions in advance of our trip, even sending an email while we were on property to make sure our stay was going well. Would go back in a heartbeat, and have recommended to several friends/family.
This was a return visit to Waikaloa Beach Villas. Upscale units, gorgeous decor and furnishings, very well equiped kitchens (I cook alot). The units are clean as well as the grounds. Someplace you will feel proud to invite guests over. I could easily live in these units as they are that nice.
The rental was amazing. The pictures do not do the rental justice. The location was ideal b/c its in walking distance to stores, restaurant, pool and hot tub. The property was clean. Staff from restoricahawaii were helpful and answered ALL questions. The staff are quite typical to the island folk b/c they are friendly, welcoming and appreciative of you sharing thier island with you!!
The property was immaculate, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from a lot of the best site-seeing areas (waterfalls, volcano, about 20 min to the better beaches) but great in terms of quick access to shops and amenities at other hotel properties.
Everything I hoped for and more. Home away from home. Was so great to have all the beach stuff. The baby/kid stuff was very helpful also. Lots of room, great for gathering. I can't wait to go again& definitely recommend, kids or no kids
Beautiful resort and amazing house with all the amenities. Many activities in close proximity of the house. One thing to note is, many restaurants do close early, so plan ahead!
So far the best condo that my family and I have been to in Waikoloa!
my only complaint would be the management being a bit unresponsive during our stay, but eventually we were able to get ahold of them, and have our ac fixed. they were also gracious about extending our checkout, which was much appreciated, and the home itself was quite beautiful. the sheets and towels had some brown/dark red spots in certain areas which had me feeling a bit iffy so itd be appreciated if the sheets were better cleaned. with all that out of the way, i loved the pool, i loved the house, my family was enthralled with it too! the kitchen was perfect for us, and had wrap and foil and spices for us to use, which was great. its also SUPER close to the shopping center which proved to be invaluable a number of times. YAY! would def stay here again :D

The morning of your phone call, our office was temporarily closed due to an employee personal emergency. Our maintenance staff was happy to report that the A/C was up and running shortly thereafter. As for the cleanliness of the unit, any sheet or towel with small staining has been removed from the unit. We do replace towels and sheets as needed, and we can assure you that all linens and towels in the unit were washed prior to your arrival. We hope to have you as our guest again soon. Aloha!
Beautiful 3 bedroom condo, wonderful amenities provided for beach use and baby. Easy location to several beaches and scenic sites. Felt that the home needed a bit of deep cleaning and several areas were overlooked entirely. Interesting furniture setup, not comfortable to sit and chat, we usually stood in the kitchen area. We were a party of 6 adults and one baby. This is the perfect rental for anyone with a baby because so many things were provided, stroller, pack n play, toys, high chair, booster chair, beach buckets, sippy cups, etc.
Thank you so much for your candid review of our unit at Waikoloa Beach Villas B-4. We value feedback, especially when something is amiss, so that we can get to the bottom of it to set it right. Would you be so kind as to expand upon your comment that the unit needs a deep clean, and that several things had been entirely overlooked? We definitely want to address them immediately, and we like to be specific when we pass these observations on to our staff. Although there is never an excuse for housekeeping mishaps, I can say that this unit has been back-to-back full lately, and may well be in need of an extra deep clean, which we actually have scheduled as soon as there is a break in bookings.
Very nice property, the pictures don't do justice! This place has everything you will need for a great vacation. The pools were a little cold but beautiful. Very good location. We can't wait to come back!
Did you have a good overall stay? Very nice Was the vacation rental in a great location? Perfect for our tennis tournament located and Fairmont Orchid Was the home clean and in good shape? Exceeded guest expectations with all the comforts of home Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? The only comment I have is that I asked for a later check out. There was no check in that day (back to back) so I didn’t see it as a challenge. The cleaning person, Julie said if I wash all the sheets and towels then I could have a late check out. I found that strange as I own vacation rentals. I might ask a guest to start the dishwasher and take out the trash but not do loads of laundry…I offered to start the laundry. But the whole reason for a late checkout was because we were running late. There was a lot of wind on the Big Island that weekend therefore our matches were delayed. We wanted to take a shower before our flight. We just gave up on the late checkout request and left the property at 10am
