Great place to stay with the family. The condo was clean, modern and impressive. Location was perfect, close to the beaches, the shops and restaurants. Overall this was a great vacation.
Our stay was fabulous. It was a perfect location ( and size) for the teens who were with us. They had the freedom to walk to the beach themselves and to the 2 shopping areas. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Thank you!
We had numerous experiences with condo vacation rentals + I am a Realtor so my comments are usually reserved and observant. I can say unconditionally that the 3/3 unit we stayed in was well appointed/decorated, clean, spacious. It was close to pool, on the 8th hole, close to shopping & other places of interest; all within walking distance. All of the above added immensely to our enjoyment of our stay!! The management was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a very enjoyable visit on the Kona Coast!!
our stay was amazing! great location to beach/golf/shops/dining but the resort still feels quiet and remote somehow!! Would not hesitate to stay with this company again!
We stayed at H1 with our family and had a great time. The unit is beautiful, very comfortable for a family and has a nice view of the golf course, water features on the golf course and palm trees swaying in the breezes.
Thank you for your feedback. We always enjoy hearing back,, and when something is in need, we like to address it right away. I wish you had given us a call for beach gear, as the owner does (or did) have some in the hall closet inside the front door. We can't always guarantee that what the owner provides in the way of beach gear is available, as guests don't always return them if, say, a boogie board breaks at the beach. I have called the owner, and he assures me that there were boogie boards, 2 chairs, an umbrella, and some other things in the closet. We are checking to see if they are there, and if not they will be replenished. Chairs don't last forever in the sand and sun, so perhaps they were left behind by other guests. The GOOD NEWS is that there are two places at Waikoloa Beach Resort, at both the Queens' and Kings' shops who rent snorkel gear and beach gear. They rent for very reasonable prices, and in this way, you be assured that the snorkel gear is clean, fits you, and that beach gear is in good repair. Next time you need something, please call while you are in-house, and give us a chance to live up to our reputation for fast, efective response to your every need.
The only commenet we have about H1 is that the master bed is in very poor condition. The manager at Resortic was supremely helpful and we appreciate their response.

The owners just happened to be here right after your stay, and they agreed that the master mattress (although it was purchased new just recently) left much to be desired, and they are switching it out. So, by the time you come again, it should be perfect for your comfort and enjoyment.
