Great location, location, location. Unit had most everything we needed. Could use more toilet paper, soap, beach mats, boogie boards. Would stay here again.
Thanks for your feedback. We will check into the boogie boards and beach mats. We do provide a "starter pak" of amenities like paper goods, soap, laundry detergent, etc., to make your arrival stress-free, and allow time to ascertain whether or not you need to buy more for your stay. Since we are not a hotel, but rather a condo rental, we simply provide amenities as a courtesy for your comfort and convenience upon arrival. We are glad you had a wonderful stay, and look forward to your return.
The condo at Waikaloa was great for us, as we had 2 4 year old children along. The pool was close by and the shopping center adjacent was very convenient. We had a lovely stay.

I am curious though, and I don't want to sound greedy, but when I see a 4 instead of a 5 for cleanliness, it makes me wonder what we missed? Is it something we can make better for next time? Only suggestion is to look in to lack of water pressure and length of time before hot water arrives to kitchen sink and lack of a corkscrew Other than that, all was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
The location was perfect, the facilities magnificent, the pool great, the weather was perfect and I'm sure the staff took care of that, too! Thank you! Thank you!

The location was outstanding and in general the property was very nice. My one serious complaint was the lack of sufficient lighting in the unit. I literally needed to use the flashlights I brought (for the Lava Tube hike) to see anything outside of the kitchen and bathroom areas and especially anything inside my suitcase at nights. Only other issue was with having to wash towels and sheets after paying a $175 cleaning fee? But staff and logistics were outstanding and essentially flawless. And again, the unit VERY nice with a fabulous location.
Would return on a future vacation
